Now you’re ready to switch. Fill out the account closure authorization form in the Switch Kit to close your old account. Any remaining account balance will be transferred to Heritage Bank of the Ozarks.

Depending on the company processing the payment, some transitions may take up to 30 days to update.

What if an automatic payment tries to process from my former bank account after I have already closed it?
If a payment is attempted using your old account information, it will likely be returned to the merchant. To prevent this, reach out to the company processing the payment and update your account details as soon as possible.
